Before relocating to Italy, I owned and operated a successful Property Management Company in the UK, specialising in Airbnb changeovers, guest communication, key-holding, cleaning coordination and full rental oversight. Managing multiple properties taught me exactly what owners and guests need for smooth, stress-free stays and consistent quality.
